I just have to say this was potentially one of the best blurbs I have view on the subject so far. I do not understand where you get all your info but I am impressed! I am gunna send a few people your way to read this. Awesome, simply amazing. I'm have just started getting into writing articles myself, nothing compared to your writing potential (doh) but I would love for you to look over my article someday! here

Wow! What a website. You have a real knack for making a blog readable and easy on the eyes. Some sites look like train wrecks, but not this one - it's a pleasure to read. I can't wait to try out one of the recipes here. I'll bookmark your site and keep coming back. Keep up the great work, and bon appetit!

@Court: he mentions that too --even just a bowl of cold water -- but it was the knife should be sharp part that caught my eye since my knives growing up were so horrid and I was always crying!

Thanks for visiting.

Totally unrelated to knives, but I heard that if you stick the onions in the freezer for a little bit before cutting them, then they also don't make you cry.

Oh no, Tara! I think you hit on one thing I don't feel qualified to do! While I do have a nice camera, I have no idea how to make the food I cook look appetizing. I started taking pictures when I started this page, but, um, they all turned out pretty icky looking, so I didn't post them.

I will take pictures again, and if any one acutally looks as good as the food tastes, then I'll post it. Maybe if I just keep taking pictures I'll get better by some "better by experience" result of picture taking!

D, I think enjoying the journey is part of the key, here! But I'm in a similiar situation as you: the people I cook for love it but then they'd eat anything. How do we know if we're good? I don't know. It's all subjective. But I'd say if those we cook for love it then we're well on our way.

Thanks so much for the visit!
